Mindy Fong, owner of Jade Chocolates, wanted to create a story about going back to her roots in Chinatown for her Indiegogo Campaign. We shot interviews and b-roll over a period of three months to give the viewer a feel of what Mindy’s vision is for the new store in Chinatown.
